When are winners chosen?

The deadline of competition is 31st January 2011. The winners will be notified via email no later than 4th February 2011

How are the winners selected?

The judges will review all submissions and base their decision on creative and artistic merit, and a personality that reflects the value of courage, innovation, friendliness, genuine and original

Who are the judges?

Management at Innovation Norway International Tourism Division.

What does the ‘like’ button do?

This is a simple way to show that you like someone’s work.

How do I see all the entries?

Simple. Just press the ‘View Entries’ button. On this screen you can filter all the submissions based the following parameters: Most viewed, most popular and most recent.

I can’t find my entry?

After your submission has been approved you are automatically emailed a link to your piece. Use this link to send on to friends and share on your social media networks. You can of course use the filter parameters on the ‘view entries’ page to find your submission.

How do I view an entry?

That’s easy, just click the icon and a popup will display the submission.

What happens to my personal details?

Your name and country of residence will be displayed alongside your work. Your may also choose to share your other social network contact details if you wish. Your date of birth and email address is only held in case we need to contact you should you be a finalist, and also for the arrangement of the winning journey. We will not pass your details on to any third parties and will only contact you if you have requested to receive our newsletters.

What formats can I upload?

We can accept the following formats: WMV, AVI, MP4, 3GP. Your video shouldn't last more than 1 minute and can be accompanied with music, voice over, or any types of performance. Obscene content will be disqualified.

I uploaded my submission, now what happens?

Congratulations. Your entry has now been added to our approval system. Provided that it doesn’t have any inappropriate content, we'll email you once it was been approved or declined.

How long does it take for my submission to be approved?

We aim to approve all materials within 2 working days.

I didn’t receive an email?

Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes email services and programs may treat these messages as spam mail.

My submission is larger than 10MB what should I do?

Unfortunately we can only accept files below 10MB. There are lots of free trials and free programs that can help you reduce the file sizes of video, audio and images. You may even have some software installed on your PC or MAC.

Can I retreive my entries after submission is approved?
