The prize awaiting the 5 winners will be a 10-day expedition through Norway. You will start your adventure in the capital city Oslo, then continue westwards to Fjord Norway, and from there you'll head all the way up to the North Cape.

You'll be given flights, accommodation, 3 meals per day, basic kit and gear, and be powered by the Norwegian nature. These are all the essentials you need in order to explore this treasured country and face your challenges. You've got the time of your life to be inspired and to document the trip for the world to see.

It won’t all be plain sailing. There'll be plenty of adventures in the snow and freezing conditions, and countless opportunities to challenge your boundaries, explore new cultures and friendships, hunt for the northern lights, go dog sledding, skiing and camping in the Norwegian wilderness.

The journey will run from 18 - 27 February 2011, so make sure you’ll be available to drag yourself away from the daily grind to take part.
